A well-worn pair of vintage Tony Lama boots gets a second life in this one-of-a-kind western bag. The original black-and-wheat boot tops form the front centerpiece, preserving the stitching, texture, and honest signs of wear earned before they ever reached the workbench.

Wheat Nappa leather frames the vintage boot leather and carries through the wide 47-inch strap and generous hand-cut fringe. Black hair-on hide adds another layer of natural texture, while steer skull conchos give the design a strong finishing detail. The top edge is finished with contrasting leather lacing.

The 47-inch strap allows the bag to be carried crossbody or worn as a long shoulder bag. A secure top zipper protects the main compartment, and the fully lined interior includes one slip pocket and one zippered pocket. An additional slip pocket across the back keeps frequently used items close at hand.

CARE NOTES

Wipe the smooth leather gently with a clean, dry cloth. Apply leather conditioner sparingly only to the smooth leather portions, testing first in an inconspicuous area. Brush the hair-on hide lightly in the natural direction of the hair, and do not apply conditioner to it. Protect the bag from heavy moisture, excessive heat, and prolonged direct sunlight.
